TICKET PICKUP DISCLAIMER
Please note that Congress passes/tickets will NOT be mailed. Each online order will be added to our database. Each attendee must pick up their own pass/ticket at the registration booth at the hotel the weekend of the event. Bring your receipt and a piece of photo ID. Passes are in the form of a wristband and must be worn at all times. If you remove your wristband, you will need to purchase another congress pass/wristband. No exceptions. 

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds on our event tickets or event weekend passes.  

If you have purchased an event ticket or pass and can no longer attend the event, you may email us and request that we transfer it to another person, or to next year’s event. All requests must be made in writing to info@tristatedancefest.com before June 1st. There is a $25 administrative transfer fee for all request before June 1st. There is a $40 administrative fee for all requests made after June 1st.
